Job Description

• Deployment of all types of  Internet Protocol (IP)/ Datacom Network elements
• Planning and design of Internet Protocol Radio Access Network (IPRAN), Enterprise and Next Generation Network (NGN) to deliver capacity and quality key performance index (KPI)
• Level 1/Level 2 technical support service to the customers independently or jointly with a technical support team
• Handle customer service request and track the service level agreement (SLA)
• The implementation and delivery for Internet Protocol (IP) network project

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in related field (telco)
• Degree in related field
• Must be willing to work in Central
• Preferred local Malaysian
• Can speak/write in English fluently
