Job Description
- You'll be assisting in the Data Center located in Hong Kong.
- Installation of new server, hardware and equipment in the Data Center
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and recommend proper solutions
- To troubleshoot, test, repair and service equipment and hardware.
- Produce timely and detailed reports to senior technical support
- Work closely with technical team and share information across the organization
- Abide all company’s filed procedures and protocol
- Any other assignments that may be assign to you from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Able to work on shift
- Minimum SPM onward
- Willing to work at oversea
