Job Description

  • You'll be assisting in the Data Center located in Hong Kong.
  • Installation of new server, hardware and equipment in the Data Center
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and recommend proper solutions
  • To troubleshoot, test, repair and service equipment and hardware.
  • Produce timely and detailed reports to senior technical support
  • Work closely with technical team and share information across the organization
  • Abide all company’s filed procedures and protocol
  • Any other assignments that may be assign to you from time to time.

Job Requirements

  1. Must be able to communicate in Mandarin (written and spoken)
  2. Able to work on shift
  3. Minimum SPM onward
  4. Willing to work at oversea
