Job Description
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customer at all-time via Live Chat/Phone/Emails.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating and coordinating with relevant departments if necessary
- Deliver customer satisfaction through quality & excellent service
- Acknowledge and resolving customer complaint.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Job Requirements
- Able to travel to Hong Kong for training purpose for the first 6 months.
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or any related fields.
- At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): English & Chinese (Must be proficient in writing & reading).
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Must be able to work shift on weekends & public holidays: Midnight & Morning shift; work 9 hours per day; 5 days per week. (Additional allowance provided for occasion work.)
