Job Description

  • Create great experience for gift partners by providing quality, value-added service and solutions timely.
  • Build strong relationships with partners.
  • Detailed-oriented in reviewing leads, converting and onboarding new gift partners to our platform.
  • Acting as the key point of contact, educate and liaise with partners to understand and resolve operational or fulfillment issues.
  • Provide feedback to management by collecting information and analysing partners' needs.
  • Adopts e-commerce tools, deliver regular performance updates and strategise constantly to enable more sales for our partners.
  • Drives the operational goals in achieving great partners & customer experience by delivering personal KPIs.

Job Requirements

  • Possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Operations, Human Resource Management, Economics, Commerce, Entrepreneurship Development or equivalent.
  • Fresh grads are welcomed to apply. Experience in e-commerce,  marketplaces or working in a startup is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Able to multitask, analytical and detailed oriented.
  • Love socialising and dealing with people.
  • Enjoy fast paced working environment and interested in startups as well as e-commerce.
  • Self driven and highly motivated individual.
  • Hardworking and have a positive approach when dealing with challenging problems.
