Job Requirements
Build and manage a new alliance
- Responsible for getting appointments with potential partners
- Develops communication strategies and has significant persuasion skills; resolves conflicts, inspires action and leads divergent audience perspectives
- Responsible for a strategic proposal based on an understanding of marketing
- Understanding a variety of marketing strategies of the F&B industry
Onboarding
- Drives communication and collaboration with engineers to set up eGift system
- Addresses problems that are highly complex, requiring discernment and new solutions; solutions likely to result in new operational processes and/or policies; solutions probable to have long term strategic and/or organizational impact
- Initiates designs and monitors continuous improvement activities for alliance partners after completion of onboarding
Proposal for alliance retention
- Develops and implements effective business strategies and programs to maintain broad and deep partner relations with company partners
- Participates in, supports and execute processes of system launch, which are somewhat complex in nature and have a significant impact on the business unit's profitability and strategic direction
- Responsible for management and negotiation of contract agreements
- Proposes additional and optional services that can be only offered by collaborating with engineers
