Giftee is an eGift solution company, founded in 2010 in Japan and entered 2018 in Malaysia Market. 

giftee assists major retail, Food & Beverage brands like Starbucks, FamilyMart, and Baskin Robbins by creating value through eGifts.

Corporate gifting is a common practice amongst many companies where they reward their customers and/or staffs with certain benefits or rewards such as vouchers. However, there is a high cost involved in the voucher business, mainly consisting of printing cost, shipping cost, storage cost, and a long delivery cycle. giftee allows corporate customers to replace their traditional inventory system through instant eGift services.

Here are the details of Job Description. 

• Identify and build a clientele of corporate clients (Several industries).
• Develop strategies for targeting various segments of corporate clients.
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up appointments.
• Meet prospective clients and open opportunities of collaborations and/or partnerships.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing General Manager to facilitate daily Sales & Marketing operations.
• Maintain constant communication with corporate clients, updating them on new value-added services offered by us.
• Using existing relationships with clients to generate new business opportunity.
• Actively following up on queries regarding our services.
• Perform all other tasks assigned by the immediate superior and directors in relation to the job scope. 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business/IT/Web fields
• Minimum 1-3 years of working experience as business development/Sales/Marketing roles
• Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
• Hold a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
• Embrace the uncertainty that comes with building new ventures
• Have demonstrated the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• A self-starter, able to think logically, work independently and perform aggressively
• Excellent understanding/experiences in IT/Web industry is a plus
• Solve client and market problem by PDCA cycle (Plan-Do-Check-Action)
• Commit 2 client meeting per working day.
