Job Description

Be a part of our bank partner who are seeking talented and qualified candidates to fill in the roles of Insurance Specialist nationwide.

To promote and sell Bancassurance product
To generate own leads from walk-in customers, bank events, and personal contacts
To identify new sales strategies and approaches to achieve sales target
Actively participate in the bank’s sales and promotion activities
To deliver best sales practice and provide excellent customer service
Disciplined tracking of all sales activities

Job Requirements

Preferable diploma qualification
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in financial or retail industry
Driven and able to work under minimal supervision
Loves to meet people and have good networking skills
Persuasive and good influencing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
