Job Description
1. Manages all the social media channels of the company.
- Responsible for timely updates about the brand and service of the company in social media accounts to engage members.
2. Responsible for creating brand awareness.
- Responsible for facilitating the production and postings of approved contents for all social media channels to engage and gain audience satisfaction.
- Responsible for appropriate brand awareness and promotion to increase members.
- Effective management of relevant social media influencers which can affect the company’s brand and reputation.
3. Consistent monitoring and tracking of social media channel traffic, analyzing statistics and providing solutions to overcome challenges of poor retention, reputation, weak branding, etc.
4. Keep up to date with any social media trends to ensure the company uses the best available and affordable platform to promote company’s brand and engage with members.
5. Responsible for the preparation of relevant social media performance report.
6. Assist with the planning of marketing strategies and activities, to grown online sales traffic and engagement.
- Develop social media timelines that coincide with product launches, ad campaigns and other brand messages.
- Coordinate social media messages with marketing and sales.
7. Consistent engagement with social media members.
- Timely response to enquiries or comments from social media channels.
8. To attend to other relevant assignments from Country Head, arising from time to time.
