Job Description

1.   Administration
  • Provides administrative and clerical support to the company under the directive of the Country Head.
  • Performs clerical duties including typing, filing and scheduling, record keeping, coordination of meetings and conferences, coordinating direct mail and working on special projects.
  • Answers non-routine correspondence and controls highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Assist the Country Head in managing and coordinating HR and Finance functions, liaising with the outsourced service providers, to ensure the smooth administration in the relevant areas.
 
2.   Operations
  1. Assist within a customer service environment, facilitating follow up calls, project communication and documentation.
  2. Performs documentation of client profile information in our master system and all associated client contacts for support matrix.
  3. Assist with pro-active outreach initiatives to ensure consistent engagement with clients.
  4. Responsible for the preparation of relevant social media performance report.
  5. Contribute and assist with the planning of business development strategies.
  6. Review and propose updates of SOPs and policies for the company as and when necessary.
 
3.   Ensure the administration and operations of the company is functioning in accordance to established SOPs and policies.

4.   To attend to other relevant assignments from Country Head, arising from time to time.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
  2. Fresh graduates or with not more than 2 years’ working experience.
  3. Excellent verbal and written English communication.
  4. Strong analytical, communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and in a team.
  6. Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
