Job Description

• Develop growth strategies and plans to generate leads and increase customer base.
• Manage and retain relationships with existing and potential clients, to continuously evaluate needs or promote products.
• Have an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition, to enable an effective conduct of sales presentation to a range of prospective customers. To prepare and customise the sales presentation and pitch according to clients’ need and requirements 
• Coordinate sales efforts with assigned marketing programs, keeping relevant records for data and trend analysis to identify and map business strengths and customers’ needs, as well as to research business opportunities and viable income streams.
• Help determine pricing schedules for quotations, promotions, for the negotiation of all contracts with prospective clients.
• Efficient account management to minimize overdue or outstanding receivables from customers.
• Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders, to initiate onboarding process and monthly invoicing.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Possesses Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant fields
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work well independently as well as in a team
• Proactive and adaptive to a fast-paced and changing environment
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
