Job Description

• Makes outgoing client calls or cold calls in order to promote product and services
• Answer questions about product specification and pricing
• Accurately and efficiently enters client information into company databases 
• Maintain potential leads and follow up with clients by setting and arranging appointments
• Monitor clients status to ensure clients turn up 
  
  

Job Requirements

• Candidate must posses at lease SPM/Diploma Qualification
• Preferably with at least 3 years of working experience in Sales- Telesales/ Telemarketing or equivalent
• Fresh graduate are also encouraged to apply. Training will be provided
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with customers
• Required Languages: English and Mandarin
• Result driven and self-motivated
