• Creative in conceptualizing and developing exciting ideas for events and on-ground activation activities.
• Implementing & managing all types of events end to end.
• Handle on-site events during the event day.
• Good negotiation skills to obtain the best prices and terms from parties involved.
• Research and follow the newest market trends and happenings in the industry and provide related ideas.
• Managing the production of all marketing collateral/material.
• Develop marketing campaign plan including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, promotional activities and events.
• Seek and develop relationship with potential co-partners.
• Reach out to prospects and potential partnerships. 

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing and event.
2. Detailed oriented person with great coordination skills
3. Have outstanding interpersonal skills, proactive, initiative, process-oriented and good follow through on work.
4. Thrive on working within tight datelines 
5. Carries a good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
6. Dynamic and creative problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments with a great sense of communication, both verbally and in writing.
7. Good understanding of business start-ups and a passion for entertainment and lifestyle related activities.
