• Take charge of GEMbassadors Programme
• Managing GEMbassadors at every KOL Event ensuring all GEMbassadors performs and completes the tasks given to them
• Promoting GEMbassadors program to GEM merchants
• Constantly recruiting new quality GEMbassadors
• Constantly looking for new third party collaboration opportunities for the GEMbassadors program
• Assist Event Director to map out event management roles, show production schedules, client servicing and schedule planning
• Work well with Digital Marketing, Business Development & Customer Service team to develop a variety of marketing materials
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines
• Propose event concepts and present underlying strategic thinking to business leaders
• Curate contents in a detail-oriented manner, ensure quality and accuracy of all contents related material whilst meeting tight deadlines. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or communications. 
• Demonstrated success in managing a business social media presence.
• Experience in producing copy for digital, print and broadcast channels
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Communicator and Outlook.
• Exceptional skill with the nuances of social media writing, including the use of hashtags, emojis and acronyms.
• Solid understanding of SEO concepts preferred.
