About The Job

We’re seeking a dedicated and people-centric Customer Service Executive with a good understanding of customer behaviour within the exciting realms of F&B, entertainment and lifestyle segment.

  • Maintaining a positive, emphatic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out to enable you to answer queries.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Job Requirements

  • Both fresh graduates and experienced customer service personnel are welcomed
  • Willingness to work on shift including weekends and to accept possible changes to working schedule.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English is a must. Multi-language speakers (Mandarin) are also preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Dedication and discipline.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Comfortable using computers.
