Producer/Production Manager

• Manage and plan out project timelines to ensure timely delivery of video production.
• Plan and discuss with the creative team to ensure objectives are well met.
• Manage and ensure that all cost is accounted for within the set budget.
• Manage e-calendar to ensure all employee are on board with the production timeline.
• Coordinate and liaise with vendors, suppliers, talents and clients based on the project’s needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Update and maintain talent & location database.
• Manage the company’s social media channels (e.g. Facebook & Youtube) and website to maintain active online presence.

Admin

• Process and maintain vendorship accounts with new/existing clients.
• Process and maintain all new/existing automated system.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
• Manage and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
• Manage the general company’s email and ensure timely respond for inquiries.
  
  

Job Requirements

Team player, good time management skills and must have a good command of English.
