The role of the Creative Director in a production house like ours would be to actively be in projects at every stage of the creative process to conceptualize, develop and execute creative ideas which would fit with the needs of the client briefs be it agencies, big MNCs and etc.
The key is to see through the quality of work from pre-production, production and post-production to satisfy the client's needs while spreading your creative wings.
The Creative Director will work closely to oversee all aspects of the production, partnering with the producer who handles logistics of projects.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience either as a creative director or somebody who is able to write scripts and oversee the creative aspects of producing a video. A healthy exposure and experience within the commercial and corporate production industry is prior.
