Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to be part of GCS team. Your position will be to identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services, seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation, generate leads and to secure new clientele. (On top of a basic salary, Commission will be paid out for successful engagements)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for generating a healthy flow of clients and projects.
• Ensure that a relationship database is regularly updated with lead generation and sales conversion.
• Strategize and implement various traditional and “out-of-the-box” sales strategies to hit targets and quotas.
• Able to manage multiple accounts and maintain a good relationship to meet sales target.
• Assist on administrative tasks when necessary

Job Requirements

To get fitted quickly into the role, we believe you would need the following skills:

1. Diploma, Degree in Business, Marketing and Communications or any other relevant qualifications.
2. You must have at least 2-4 years of professional experience in the related field.
3. Excellent proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in any other language is a bonus.
4. You have the ability to build positive working relationships internally and externally.
5. You should possess good analytical skills coupled with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
