About The Job

We’re looking for someone who has experience in the digital marketing or e-commerce industry in the account management role who is looking to work with clients in creating high-quality digital marketing & e-commerce capabilities that are integrated with business plans to achieve real business outcomes.

The successful candidate will create and maintain long-term customer relationships by gaining insight into the clients’ business objectives and advising accordingly. He/she with strong commercial sense also be responsibile to explore new business potential and to resolve common account problems and facilitate excellent client relationship with the Company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build commercial pipeline with strong business sense
  • Explore business potential with new and existing clients
  • Build strong relationships with your portfolio of clients to gain an understanding of their business plans and requirements.
  • Drive client engagement on a regular basis by delivering monthly performance reviews and being able to propose business strategies to achieve greater business outcomes for them. 
  • Provide feedback from client to internal teams to ensure clients’ business outcomes are aligned.
  • Receive, manage and resolve clients’ complaints by communicating and collaborating with Company resources.
  • Establish the Company as a trusted partner of your clients.
  • Ensuring a long-term business partnership with mutual revenue growth for your clients and the Company.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role. Experience in a marketing agency and/or social media ads will be a definite advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin is a must. 
  • Highly organized and excellent time management.
  • Solid problem solving and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Extensive experience in:
    • Microsoft Office
    • Google’s G Suite
