Job Description
This position for all. But fresh graduate is encouraged to apply and will given best priority.
Candidate will be having exposure to the working environment in real life (important for those fresh graduate)
Training given in order to complete every task.
Task for admin:
- Processing order in website and marketplace platform
- Update customer profile
- Packing and ship out parcel
- Record all incoming shipment
- Checking inventory arrival from vendor
- Create customer invoice
- Make sure showroom clean and ready for customers
- Create product listing on all marketplace and our official website if needed
- Any ad hock task assigns by the company – as long as no passes current salary level, religion belief and country law.
- This position is contract basis. Contract renewal is totally based on performance valuation, attitude and task availability
Job Requirements
Were looking for these criteria:
- Minimum: Bachelors degree holder in any discipline
- Able to speak and writing in English and Malay
- Fast learner
- Have strong memory (not easy to forgot)
- Low working supervision
- Multi-tasking person
- Fast in complete task given
- Non careless
- Trustful and good working attitude
- Not love gossiping / chit chat with coworker (focus during work)
- Self-motivated & high integrity
- Good personality
- Discipline and following company cultures and rules.
- Must owning transport either car or motorcycle
