About The Job

  • Identify target audience and grow our email database for lead generation
  • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and needs
  • Design and implement marketing (email, social media) campaigns
  • Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Report on sales revenue generated from marketing efforts
  • Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
  • Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes
  • Present FutureLab to potential clients
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients while maintaining existing client relationships
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
  • Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support


Job Requirements

  • Previously worked in Marketing/Sales or Business Development position or similar role
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, and copywriting skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Ability to deliver an engaging presentation
  • An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
  • Willing to work in a startup environment and highly adaptable to change
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
