Job Description
• Responsible to develop sales leads independently or with the team; develop sales strategies and plans; Responsible with merchant on-boarding and close sales.
• Act as one of the main points of contact for key merchants when required to collect information,
• Maintain positive relation and open communication with all the company’s departments and partners in the sales workflow process.
• Actively participate into implementing new processes in order to enhance Merchant on-boarding transition.
• Lead merchant on-boarding and API integration process, as well as approaching new merchant.
• Deliver effective proposals and solutions by having a thorough understanding of clients and merchants needs
• Perform market research to assess viability of potential new products and competitors analysis
• Ensure our merchant on-boarding, configuration, billing and settlements run smoothly.
• Constantly seek for opportunities in growing client and merchant sales and maintaining the relationship by providing dynamic coordination.
• Keep abreast of the market and industry situation and competitor activity in order to revise and develop strategies to meet market changes and merchants’ requirements.
Job Requirements
• Diploma/ Degree in any fields.
• Relevant experience in sales or business development especially related to IT products and services would be an advantage.
• Experience in sales of SME / Corporate Banking and FMCG products would be an added advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills to drive sales.
• Tech savvy, dynamic and creative problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments with a great sense of communication, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, multi languages would be an added advantage.
