About The Job

  • Able to handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL)
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Maintain cash & cheque book
  • Prepare payroll for the team 
  • Correspond with bank as required
  • Professional book keeping
  • Prepare and submit accurate monthly/other financial reports to management (budget report / forecasting for next financial year)
  • Compile staff claims and verify against receipts and claims policy before submission to respective manager for sign off
  • Assist with ad hoc finance or admin projects as required
  • Monitor staff annual/other leave and medical applications and keep records
  • Responsible for daily administration of small office. This includes preparing meeting minutes, internal project management documentation etc
  • Manage online and online tender search process
  • Assist with tender documents preparation
  • Helping with E-Perolehan, MOF, SSM & other relevant company documents
  • Assisting with EPF, PCB & Socso reporting & submission
  • Maintain proper filing & documentation
  • Prepare invoices, POs, LOs and follow up with customers for collection
  • Liaise with suppliers for all invoices, deliveries, bill payments etc
  • Liase with tax agents and auditors as required
  • Assist with migration of entry from old accounting system to the new one

Job Requirements

  • We’ll consider applicants with an accounting or finance degree and at least 3 years experience
  • Someone with an accounting diploma but with a minimum of 5 years accounting experience

  • Experience using Xero / Quickbooks software AN ADVANTAGE

  • We have an office in Petaling Jaya and an office in Kuching. So it makes sense if you live in one of those cities
