Job Description

• Assist in supporting the company's e-commerce platforms' growth both locally and regionally; 
• Work with marketing to handle social media content across platforms particularly for regional markets;
• Manage daily operations of our e-commerce platforms including logistic and inventory matters;
• Ensure all e-commerce platforms are operating smoothly and effectively, which includes sales promotions, campaigns, discounts, inventory replenishment etc.; 
• Handle customer queries and provide suitable solutions;
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned and required by the management.

Job Requirements

• At least Diploma in any relevant field of studies;
• Experience in customer service, e-commerce platforms and operations preferred;
• Highly self-motivated, good attention to detail, problem solver, sales-oriented, committed to learning on the job, and passionate in e-commerce;
• Possess at least 1 year of working experience in the e-commerce industry of FMCG, beauty products is preferable;
• Proficient in written and spoken bilingual (both English and Malay);
• It would be an added advantage if candidate could communicate and correspond in Mandarin to cater to customers and 3PL in Taiwan and Hong Kong; 
• Competent in Microsoft Office;
• Able to work under minimum supervision & under pressure;
• Expected salary range from RM1.8k-2.8k depending on experience and qualifications;
• Able to start work immediately is a plus.
