Job Description

• Responsible overall supervision of project site progress.
• Manage and supervise day-to-day project activities to ensure projects are executed and on schedule.
• Conduct site survey and measurement work.
• Monitor work progress and ensure that all works are in accordance to drawing, specification, and procedure.
• Maintain close communication with contractor, sub-contractor to plan and deliver accurate delivery scheduling.
• Monitor site management and control daily progress until the project site is satisfactory handover.
• Report any discrepancies or delays in works and follow-up procedures.
• Prepare daily report, keep all site records and documents.
• Undertake any and all other duties, responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
• Responsible for taking deliveries of materials and supplies.
•  Ensure project activities are carried out in compliance with safety requirements and regulations.
• Responsible of workers safety and cleanliness at project site.
• Attend project/site meetings coordinate site activities.
• Able to work under pressure.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field will be an advantage.
• Preferably candidates specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
• Required languages: Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Good working attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel to any project site at any time 
• Basic computer skills.
• Possess own transport.
• Able to work under minimum supervision, independently and in a team.
• Able to work long hours, weekend and Public Holidays when required.
• Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.
