we will groom you to become a professional Financial adviser, providing services in areas including investments, savings and debt management. We are analyzing people needs and risk, calculating the possible risk may happen and give solutions to avoid the possible risk happen.
90% achievable commission Income growth in 3 years  :-
1st year monthly average income: RM2,000 - RM3,500
2nd year accumulative income range : RM5,000 - RM7,500
3rd year average income : RM8,000 - RM15,000 +  free franchising fees 

* Analyze clients’ financial statuses (e.g. income, expenses and liabilities)
* Examine and suggest financial opportunities 
* Develop sound plans and budgets for clients
* Customize financial plans according to clients’ changing needs
* Help clients implement their plans and carry out transactions
* Present and sell suitable financial products and services
* Find and approach prospective clients
* Build strong relationships to retain existing clients
* Maintain updated knowledge of regulations, practices and financial products

Job Requirements

Minimum 1year sales experience. 
Those without Sales experience but with 2 years working experience are also encourage to apply. 
Preferably above Age 25 Male or Female 
This position is open to Malaysian only. 
Experience and working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management  systems
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willing to Unlearn and Relearn
Willing to push him/her to the limit to achieve his/her goal
Willing to promote and become Team player
