Job Description
- Develop and improve our marketing campaigns using up-to-date strategies and vehicles to increase reach out and customer engagement.
- Ensure close collaboration with marketing partners to achieve established sales and marketing goals and objectives.
- Manage and utilize Branding & Offline Budget to increase brand awareness and achieve maximum ROI.
- Maximize company sales and profits through responsible use of company resources.
- Work closely with trainers and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding, message and localization of all communications.
- Ensure sales and marketing reports are timely prepared for accurate analysis and decision making.
- Participate on ad hoc projects.
Job Requirements
- Experience (3-4 years) in digital and social media marketing;
- Effective communication in writing, business presentation and interpersonal communication with all levels;
- Team player who has determination to succeed;
- Good problem solving skills;
- Independent attitude and a curiosity to test and try new things.
