Job Description

• In-charge of planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the civil & structural works
• To ensure timely completion of every section of works within allowable cost.
• Overseeing engineering deliverables and multi-disciplinary works to meet project quality requirements
• To coordinate any quality issues and problems at the project site, and carry out any rectifications works
• Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
• Checking and monitoring overall sub-structure/structuring works, Architectural and M&E works
• Ensure that on-site construction works are carried out as per Drawings and Specifications and according to local regulations and requirements.
• Provide value engineering solutions to optimise construction costs   
• To carry out resources planning for the project included material, manpower and machinery procurement schedule
• Prepare and compile weekly and monthly project related report
• To add value to an organisation by challenging the effectiveness of established procedures. Identify outdated practices and continual improvement processes for the organisation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognised institutions
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience of Construction company with experience handling high rise building and infrastructure works
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD & MS Office
• Good project management and supervision skill
• Good time management and organisation skills.
• Able to work independently and also good teamwork
• Possess own transport
• Willing to travel
