Job Description
- Full set of account related functions: issuing and sending quotation / invoices, managing bank account statement, accounting data or journal entry, preparing payment voucher, issuing cheques, processing staff claims
- Managing Staff Payroll, Claims, EPF, Socso and EIS
- To handle filings and office administrations
- General administrative or undertaking office documentation jobs functions
- Perform daily administrative works and clerical duties
- Perform other duties or related task assigned by the management
- To authority the documents by the management
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of working experience in related field
- Must have basic knowledge of Accounting
- Required skills : SQL Accounting, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, Computer Literate
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills
- Own transport is preferable.
