Job Description

• To assist in the preparation of monthly management report
• To handle AR/AP related documents
• To manage monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
• To ensure adequacy of controls over receivables and coordinate with other departments on monthly closing and reporting requirements
• To handle other administration functions within accounting department 
• To handle other tasks as assigned by the Accounts Executive

Job Requirements

• Either a professional qualification (or part), Degree, Diploma in Accounting, LCCI or its equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of working experience
• Independent, self-starter, dynamic team player, resourceful with high level of initiative
• Good computer literate
• Willing to take on new responsibilities and grow with company
• Able to communicate and write in Malay & English
