As Customer Relations Manager at Foundingbird, your role is to support entrepreneurs and business founders to make sure all their administration needs are taken care of and give them that extra boost in supporting their dreams! Send them a note, a little gift or a video message. Make them feel welcomed. Check-in with them periodically to ask them how is their business going and how we can support them. Your role is dedicated to forming relations with the clients of Foundingbird and making sure they feel we’re on their team.
- Welcome our customers to Foundingbird. Send clients handwritten notes, video messages, and little gifts. Make sure they feel heard and taken care of. 🎁
- Periodically check-in with our clientele to see if there are any changes to their business, how it’s going and see how we can support them. ☕️
- Be a bridge between our clients and our product team, lawyers and corporate secretaries and follow-up on the client's needs. 🌉
- Design delightful customer experiences together with our team. Come up with new ideas on how we can surprise or delight the customer in proactive ways. 😍
- Build long-term relationships with our clientele and be their go-to contact for any administration business need they have. 🤝
- Advise clients on the products and services that best suit them, even if it’s not a service we can’t provide and we have to refer them to the competition.😮
- Periodically deal with customers who may not be satisfied 😞(but let’s aim to prevent that from happening) and be proactive and adequate in solving their problems.
