Job Description
As a UX/UI Designer at FOUN, you will be required to:
- Plan and implement user-centered interaction design and visual design for web and mobile application, taking into account aspects of branding, function, usability, and aesthetics.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, site maps, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Work collaboratively with product managers, product engineers, and brand managers to ensure product requirements are being met.
- Evaluate user behaviour, feedback, and platform metrics to make necessary adjustments to enhance the product/platform design.
- Troubleshoot and resolve UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and developments in the fields of design and technology.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Diploma or Degree with knowledge in IT/Computer Science, Graphic/Multimedia Design, or its equivalent.
- Have a solid portfolio demonstrating UX/UI/web design capabilities and digital know-how.
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, XD or any equivalent software.
- Strong understanding of front-end web technologies and the latest digital trends.
- Added advantages: experienced in web/mobile application design, knowledgeable in SEO, analytics, AdWords, email marketing, content/video marketing, social media marketing and conversion rate optimisation.
- A good balance of analytical skills and creative thinking ability
- Adaptability, empathy, and communication skills
