Job Description

• Handle full set of accounts and ensure timely closure of management accounts
• Perform invoicing, process payments, perform bank reconciliation, handle asset register including depreciation
• Assist with tax matters including service tax, banking matters and payroll
• Maintain proper accounting records and filing system
• Support budgeting and forecast activities
• Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, authorities, and bankers
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required by the department 

Job Requirements

• Possess a minimum of Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance. Those who are currently pursuing professional qualification such as ACCA or CIMA are also encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with full set accounts hands-on experience are preferred
• At least 2 years of working experience is the related field
• Familiarity with accounting software (Auto Count will be highly regarded) and Microsoft Office applications will be added advantage
• Able to work independently, has a can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to start work on short notice will be an advantage
