About The Job

As a Digital Designer at FOUN, you will be required to:

Design and produce on-brand creative assets for various platforms: websites, mobile applications, social media, email, brand campaigns, and so on.
Clearly present design ideas, and concepts for each project, while explaining the thought process and rationale behind it.
Deliver high quality designs that are creative, functional, and meet technical standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all designs align with the company's brand, aesthetic, and marketing strategy.
Stay up-to-date with current trends and developments in the fields of design, digital marketing, and technology.

Job Requirements

Possess a Diploma or Degree with knowledge in Graphic/Multimedia Design, or its equivalent.
A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity.
Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, XD or any equivalent software.
Added advantage: experienced in social media marketing, web/mobile app design, and/or motion graphics.
Able to manage tasks independently, meet deadlines, and assist others whenever needed.
Creative problem-solving ability, strategic thinking skills and attention to details.
