Job Description
- Idealize, develop and execute partnership and campaign ideas with influencers and users that are data-backed, customer centric, and aligned with the brand, product and marketing roadmaps
- Develop new creative campaigns or direction for partners across different social channels
- Build & manage strategic collaborations with influencers/brands
- Monitor performance of partnerships and work with Marketing Team to optimize campaigns, automation, segmentation, and channel expansion
- To align with the Marketing and Creative Team on organic content, paid budget, priorities, and such.
- Connect the dots with what resonates on organic owned channels and in paid media, and to suggest and propose new campaign ideas and platforms recommendations.
- Explore the gaps, and areas of improvement of the Influencer space, and also evaluate our current influencer/affiliate marketing plan. (We want your voice to be heard!)
Job Requirements
- You love communicating and collaborating with people... like no joke, engagement hundreds of people at the same time can be a pain in the ass for some, so you have to LOVE communicating with people Haha!
- Great conversation and rapport-building skills
- Great Analytical Skill set and attention to detail
- Not be afraid of rejection, and am a fast learner
- Creative and Daring to propose new campaign ideas
- Absolute unit of a team player. Brutally honest with Heart filled of Empathy and Compassion.
- Did I say love talking and communication and collaborating with people?
- Decent in Google Sheets, and some computer stuff (To Report and Track KPIs)
- Loves to create organizational workflows, processes, systems that are based of data backed analytics and solves real problems.
- High EQ and love creating long-lasting relationships with people, brands and influencers
