Job Description
Are you burning with desire to understand the inner workings of everything eCommerce? We're looking for an eCommerce Marketing Interns with a drive for online presence that generates revenue.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the conceptualization (storyboarding & scriptwriting) and production of content within set schedules, timelines and deliverables reliably.
- Assist the markeing team and creative team with campaign flows to enable efficient timely schedules across all teams.
- Assist with research, studies and in-depth trend analytics on competitor e-commerce websites and customer experience within the omnichannel to be able to translate them into tangible ideas that would not only increase productivity and sales, but also improve overall shopper experience for all our existing brands
Job Requirements
- Based in Malaysia.
- Fluent in English & understands the rich nuances in Manglish and Malaysian culture as a whole to be able to bring out the best customer journey in a local online setting
- Consumer-oriented and understands how ad angles are able to appeal to relevant consumer psychography with DTC social media video ads, then convey that into content that converts.
- Punctual, highly organized and are able to work within set deadlines reliably with work eCommerce content marketing
- Savvy with the language and vocabulary requirements for engaging Instagram & Facebook product ads.
- Passionate with the inside out of eCommerce businesses.
- Proficiency with any creative software is a huge plus.
