About The Job

You will be providing professional advice to clients in Buying and Selling Properties, Rental and Investment Advice. You will also:

  • Accompany clients around to showrooms or to prospective buyers/sellers for viewing 
  • Keep abreast with the latest market trends & industry knowledge 
  • Promote properties through various online and offline marketing channels
  • Ensure that all sale transactions and documentation are in order and comply with relevant law and regulations

  • 18 - 45 years old (Minimum completed SPM level)
  • Self-Starter Attitude & Desire to keep learning
  • Fluent in English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Full Time & Part Time are welcomed
  • Able to provide for own transport
  • Nice to haves: Mass Communication, Videography, Video Editing, Digital Marketing Background

Do take note that this is a commission based career path. However, by going through our trial & tested training and development program, new joiners are able to secure deals in less than a month even during the pandemic!

We are a Real Estate Consultancy Firm that aims to meet all of our client's property needs! Each members of our core founding team have well up to 20 years of experience in representing Elite townships and Luxury condominiums all over Klang Valley and KLCC, especially in Mont Kiara.

Mr. Tee Kai Shiang (Founder/CEO)
Prior to establishing the firm, our Founder held the position of a General Manager in Raine & Horne (PJ) S/B, a professional services firm specialized in Property Management & Consultancy. He also went on and assumed office in Reapfield Properties S/B as a CEO, spearheading the strategic expansion of the company based in Mont Kiara. Leveraging on almost 25 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry and previous Business Models, he founded Fortress Real Estate with his key business partnerswith and promised to continue aiming for excellence by focusing on building long-term business relationships over property transactions & developing people.

By joining us, you will be working with established developer partners such as UEM Sunrise, MRCB, Sunway, Malton and many more! Currently, we are actively marketing projects in Mont Kiara, KLCC and K.L. Sentral. We are looking to expand our reach to Petaling Jaya & Kwasa Damansara, so stay tuned for more hot selling projects in 2021! 

Secondary Market 

You will be helping clients buy and sell properties, provide rental services and investment advice as necessary. Having our headquarters based in Mont Kiara itself, our wide-reaching network makes us the most connected agency around town. You will go through our extensive training program which will enable you to effectively build up your customer base and enhance your own brand!
