Job Description

• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
• Gather and analyse consumer behaviour data 
• Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics
• Contribute to collaborative efforts and  organize promotional events
• Coordinate with the marketing design and content teams to generate digital and print advertising material
• Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasting reports
• Monitor and report competitors’ marketing and sales activities
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

• A sales person with passion truly wants to understand the prospect or customer and his or her unique needs and how an offering fits into that picture.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Successful work experience as a marketing associate, marketing assistant, or similar position.
• Strong working knowledge of marketing and sales industry. (Digital tools and techniques expertises is a bonus.)
• Client relationships, prospecting skills - Emphasising excellence.
• Meeting sales goal and sales planning
