About The Job:
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be in charge of planning, executing and maintaining all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising, including those within Google Display Network and programmatic advertising.
You will also get to brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, and develop strategic social media content for multiple channels. Your expert touch is also needed to sculpt and maintain our client social media presence, as you will be guiding FOREFRONT’s social media content creators to create effective designs and messages.
Along the way, the job involves measuring and reporting the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assessing goals (ROIs and KPIs). From the data, the job requires you to identify trends and insights, and optimise campaign budgets and performance based on these insights. Finally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise the user experience.
Job Requirements
- Possess Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent
- More than 2 years experience in strategic marketing field and digital analytics
- Advanced knowledge in Performance Marketing (SEM, Display Advertising, SNS) with proven success in measuring online marketing/e-commerce initiatives using the most effective online tools
- Possess knowledge of digital marketing’s best practices, online marketing methodologies and UI/UX with an interest in new & emerging technologies, and how it can expedite digitisation for clients
- Engagement in marketing automation and campaign management, proficiency in Social Media Monitoring Tools such as Hootsuite
- Possess leadership skills with the ability to lead and oversee a cross-functional team
- Professional in terms of appearance and communication with a high sense of urgency and good problem-solving skills
