About the job:
At FOREFRONT International, you are a Client Servicing Executive that leads, manage and take responsibility of new and current portfolio tasked to you. Governing projects and relationships efficiently; both with internal staffs and the clients will also be part of your responsibility.
You will also be participating in brainstorm sessions to develop creative direction and marketing strategies and consecutively, undergo the task of managing the needs and expectations of the clients.
Presentation materials and documenting work scope of projects, quotations and follow ups on payment due from the clients will also be of high priority and you are to ensure a prompt delivery of work and maintain consistent communication with clients.
Also, you will be assisting in departmental administrative matters as assigned by the company when needed.

Job Requirements
- Possess Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field with more than 1 year’s experience in Client Servicing is preferred
- Experienced in Property-related clients and comes with art design background being an added advantage
- Exceptional leadership skills with the aptitude to lead and oversee a team and its resources
- A team player and a natural Don Draper in terms of appearance as well as verbal and written communication
- Places high regard for timely responses and have a flair in problem solving
- Writes briefs of precision, and is attuned to current market trends
- Capable of producing compelling presentation slides and demonstrates outstanding presentation skills
- Meticulous, organized and detail oriented, high level of initiative & an excellent positive working attitude
- Self-transport is required (until of course after you've proven yourself)
- Fresh graduate and designers are encouraged to apply too!
