Job Description

• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Assist with recruitment and hiring.
• To prepare monthly payroll, employee claims and statutory payment. 
• Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements – Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act,
• Manage general office administration and cost-efficient operations.
• Undertaking any other special assignment, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration or equivalent,
2. Preferable Executive specialized in Human Resources and well versed with Employment Act.
3. Strong administration, interpersonal and communication skills both written and spoken
4. Familiar with SQL Payroll will be an advantage.
