Job Description

• Manage key account customers including conducting training to make sure customer successfully on-board to Food Market Hub.
• Establish excellent relationships with and between key stakeholders
• Day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation.
• Providing a high level of service to our customers that arise pertaining to business growth and account satisfaction.
• Coordinating self-help documents on the highest quality to continuously build the competency of the technical team
• Partner closely with the developer team in root cause analysis for escalated incidents/requests
• Participates in application deployment to perform testing for the deployment readiness
• You are required to continue enrich your F&B business and Food Market Hub product knowledge

Job Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills 
• Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision
• An excellent team player, proactive, self-driven and able to identify improvements as part of the Business as Usual (BAU) work to address recurring issues, close monitoring gaps, and automate/reduce manual work. 
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of software development cycle 
• Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin will be an added advantage
• Flexibility - responsibilities may require occasional evening and weekend work
• Able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects at the same time
• May require to travel to customer site (Local or Overseas)
• Practical experience of Windows Server, SQL Server and Microsoft Office
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent. Fresh Grad is welcome to apply.
