Job Description
Identification of Target Customers - To assist in the identification of all accounts within the assigned industry that will contribute to the achievement of the revenue and profit budget.
Customer Action Planning- To develop, implement and maintain action plans that detail for each new and existing customer how the relationship will be developed to improve their profitable revenue contribution to the company.
Selling & Relationship Management- To ensure the company wins and develops customers through building lasting relationships and providing solutions that will meet the need of the customers
Customer Relationship Management- To keep customers, within own portfolio, through consistently focusing on reviewing and improving customer relationships.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree holder in logistics, supply chain, or any field.
- Minimum three (3) years’ sales/account management experience in Courier/Logistics/Supply chain industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets (personal and/or team)
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin is required. Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage
- Competencies: Communication capability with senior levels; Customer relationship management; Working supportively as a team member and effectively as an individual; Drive for results; Prioritize and manage time effectively
