Job Description


  • Maintain customer relationship by providing over-the counter sales service to customers, advise customers on feature of service and associated documentation;
  • Follow up on customer issues and questions, receive packages from customers, handle exception requests and cash shipments;
  • Handle packages on-hold at business Service Center and other special arrangements, arrange customer pick-up at the center;
  • Input and extract data from systems to generate operations reports;
  • Provide administrative support in order to achieve highest service standards;
  • Complete and submit all operational paperwork on time;
  • Ensure package is compliance with policies and procedure;
  • Determine acceptance of packages, advise customers on legality and special requirements/arrangements for dangerous goods shipments;
  • All other related tasks as assigned by the company from time to time.


Job Requirements


  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field
  • 1-2 years’ experience in retail sales, retail customer services;
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
  • Familiar with handling walk in customer;
  • Pleasant personality and positive attitude;
  • Can work independently
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin is required
  • Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage
