Job Description

• Responsibility for all parcel recovery processes (Lost/Damaged/Service Breach)responsible
• Responsible for investigation for all parcels that need to be recovered.
• Perform claims verification and ensure accuracy and the completeness of the transaction processed;
• Investigate each claims case in-dept, efficiently and accurately;
• Close follow up with our internal department and insurance company during the whole claim process;
• Be responsive to the issue raised by the stakeholders;
• Continue review the department process flow and propose for changes and improvements in order to reduce the number of claims incurred;
• Liaise with Station and Agent partners to understand current processes and revise/implement procedures for optimal accuracy and efficiency;
• Communicate and follow up with related department for new and on-going cases reported until closure of the case;
• Verify the accuracy of the invoices or deal with agents if there is any disputes;
• Verify the accuracy of performance report provided by the Stations and agents inclusive of performance incentive and OT claims.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder in any field
• At least 2 years of experience in operations or admin support, preferably in the Logistics industry
• Competencies: Professional result driven attitude, Strong follow up and coordinating skills, Strong critical thinking / analysis skills;
• Technical skill: Microsoft Office, primarily Excel and Word
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
