Job Description

• Oversee month-end closing and financial reports preparation 
• Coordinate monthly reviews of financial reporting activities 
• Lead P&L analysis and provide interpretation of financial results and information for management review and decision making 
• Provide support for the budgeting process 
• Set up mechanisms and monitor cost and expenditures against budget 
• Provide appropriate cost and related financial information and analysis for the purpose of RFQ/RFP 
• Coordinate the activities of internal audit staff and external auditors and issues progress reports to management 
• Document and test financial reporting controls 
• Maintain records of accounting policies and procedures. 
• Serve as a liaison to corporate tax, treasury, and other statutory bodies 
• Oversea Accounts Payable and Financial Reporting Team

Job Requirements

• Degree/Professional qualification in Finance or Accounting 
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience 
• Familiar with business case study, cost and benefit justification and analyzing company P&L.
• Technical Skills: Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Accounting practices and standards 
• Must have strong analytical skills 
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia required
