Job Description

Group Operations Manager

Based in Klang Valley

Responsibilities:

Manage & ensure smooth operation of multiple outlets
Hire & train outlet staff to possess excellent customer service
Have knowledge on kitchen layout design
Create and update SOP's to standardise product and customer experience
Understand products & offerings well
Assist/support other operations staff when needed
Keep track of outlet food costs control & stocks
Manage outlet sales & profitability
Manage outlet team and their schedules
Daily cash reporting

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Experience in previous bubble/boba tea companies
Possess at least a Diploma, Degree or equivalent
Min. 3 years of F&B experience in outlet management
An excellent team player
Able to lead & supervise
Great with problem-solving
Must have own transport
