Community Executive - FULL TIME

• Working hours:  
• Monday - Friday : Morning shift (9am - 2pm) or Evening shift (5pm - 10pm)
• 1 weekend shift per week: 9am - 2pm 

Location: 

• Intermark Mall, KL 
• DC Mall, Damansara Heights
• Subang Parade, Subang Jaya

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients 
• Assist the Studio Management in daily studio tasks and projects 
• Manage Schedule, Events, and Collaborations 
• Manage all stock and merchandise in the studio 
• Customer service - Replying to emails, Facebook Messages, Calls, Walk-ins 
• Maintenance of equipment and studio cleanliness 
• Assist instructors in the safety briefing and equipment set up for customers
• Co-manage the studio's website operations 
• Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative 
• Provide support to the FLYPROJECT instructors to ensure a successful class check-in process 
• Work as a cohesive team with all FLYPROJECT staff members to ensure efficiency and camaraderie 
• Maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations 
• Maintain the distinct FLYPROJECT aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere and culture 
• Assist in miscellaneous tasks 

Job Requirements

• Local and international applicants welcome, but must have the rights to work full-time in Malaysia
• Must have customer service experience 
• Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment 
• Must be willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction 
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of personalities 
• Must have outstanding customer service and problem solving skills 
• Must have a positive, can-do attitude 
• Must have a friendly and professional phone and email etiquette 
• Must have superior organizational skills 
• Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule 
• MUST HAVE WEEKEND, HOLIDAY AND SOME EARLY MORNING / MIDDAY / LATE EVENING WEEKDAY AVAILABILITY

• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment 
• Must be able to kneel, bend, reach, climb and stand for long durations of time 
• Must be able to lift / carry a minimum of 30lbs
