About The Job

We are looking for a customer service representative who is enthusiastic, passionate about delivering the best service and being a great team player. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • To confidently and professionally represent Flux to a wide range of stakeholders, including the general public, car dealerships and our partners
  • Assist members with managing their cars subscriptions 
  • To provide resolution to general reservations, car swaps and billing issues 
  • Guide and advise potential customers on website related matters (driveflux.com)
  • Respond to customers' feedback and enquiries over the phone, email and online channels 
  • Assist with handling crisis operations

Job Requirements

  • Education: SPM / "O" Level & higher
  • Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin and/or Cantonese
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in operations and customer service is not required, but preferred 
  • Sharp attention to details 
  • Calm, friendly attitude towards customers 
  • Interested in working in a startup environment
  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely
