1. Provide friendly and pleasant experience to our customers.
2. Handle and coordinate with Partners/Vendors/Operations Team to ensure all the customers’ enquiries and complaints are being handled in proactive manner.
3. Perform testing and inspection on our vehicles.
4. Verify vehicles’ information and take pictures of our vehicles.
5. To provide field support for Collection, Delivery, Return, Maintenance, Inspection and etc.
6. Provide briefing to customers on our products and services.
7. Daily to provide updates to Operations Team on the on-site task that has been assigned.
8. To take incoming calls, outgoing calls and WhatsApp enquiries, complaints and feedback from customers.
9. Gather the relevant information relating to the customer’s concern and report back to relevant departments.
10. To participate fully in the team, taking part in regular team meetings, giving
feedback and ideas to colleagues and to the superior.
11. To perform escalation for assigned task that can’t be completed within the agreed procedures and turn-around-time.
12. To proactively identify areas for service and procedural improvement and make recommendations to the superior.
13. Performs additional duties (ad-hoc) and responsibilities as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
Required
· Minimum Certificate/Diploma level qualification in Automotive.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in Automotive / Mechanic.
· Strong knowledge in mechanical repairs and parts for cars.
· Those without the above qualification but with relevant working experience will also be considered.
· Willing to travel within Klang Valley.
· Own a motorcycle.
· With valid Car Driving License (Class D) and Motorcycle License (Class B/B2).
· Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
· Excellent spoken and written skills in English and Malay languages.
· Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
· Willing to work overtime and willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
· Ability liaise with car workshops and validate repairs required, estimate cost of repairs and check quality of work done.
Bonus Point
· Previous experience in Automotive Car industries.
· Strong knowledge in mechanical repairs and parts for brands like Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi, Volvo, Toyota, Honda, Mazda, Hyundai and Kia.
