Job Description

• Ability to maintain a high volume of images shot while mentoring the studio team.
• Accurately light a multitude of products both tabletop and lifestyle shots
• Follow the provided visual standards
• Determine composition, background, prop and product set up as well as any additional specifications to ensure quality shooting. Ability to creatively shoot lifestyle imagery when presented with opportunities
• Excellent time management skills and ability to manage projects concurrently, establish priorities and respond quickly to shifting priorities and needs.
• Overseeing management of parts inventory to ensure product is in supply for daily photo shoots and operations team has been informed in timely manner
• Maintain safety standards.
• Ensure the studio area is clean, organized and have the necessary supplies
• Editing product photography for use in e-commerce including color correction, removing backgrounds, clipping, cleaning up imperfections on products, adding shadows, reflections where needed
• Collaborate with design and content team to ensure consistency of messaging and product story

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of technology and equipment
• Strong understanding of photography and lighting techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a variety of system applications
• Proficient Adobe Photoshop skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong time-management skills
• Ability to work independently or with a team Flexible in a dynamic environment
• A strong eye for design, trends, and style
